You don’t really have to stay away from carbs to lose weight. This delicious recipe for garlic fried rice is so tasty and high in fiber. You can add in red pepper, edamame, scrambled or fried egg, tofu, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, and fresh herbs. I added more shrimp since I love seafood and used brown rice.
