Salmon Temaki

Temakizushi is a cone-shaped, hand-rolled sushi. I think they’re great for days when you want a light lunch or dinner. You can use so many different ingredients when making temaki like tuna, shrimp, veggies, etc. My favorite ingredient is salmon.

Serving it with soy sauce is optional though. But if you like, go ahead. It’s even better if you serve this with miso soup. Also, impress your guests by using a temaki stand.
