Quinoa cooked in chicken broth provides the base for clove, garlic and ginger chicken, roasted sweet potatoes with red onion, spinach, and avocado. Make a dressing of garlic, lime, peanut butter, soy sauce, olive oil and sesame oil. Drizzle it over your Buddha bowl and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
