1/2 Bramley apple or 1 Cox/Braeburn/Granny Smith
125g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp treacle
1.5 tbsp apple juice

Buttercream:
150g unsalted butter, soft
340g icing sugar, sifted
3-4 tbsp Blackberry goo
